We handle CRM dedup for you — no data team required. The flagship offering is Warehouse Sync — pulling data from your warehouse into HubSpot Contacts and Companies without creating duplicates, using the same fuzzy/AI matching described on our pricing page. This guide covers the free piece anyone can install today: a workflow action that normalizes CRM field values — names, phone numbers, and domains — directly inside your existing workflows.
Want the full Warehouse Sync setup? See Pricing or email jay@kinetify.com — it's a managed setup, not a self-serve toggle, so it starts with a conversation rather than an install button.
CleanMerge requires no additional configuration after installation. As soon as it's connected, the CleanMerge: Normalize CRM Data action becomes available in any workflow in that HubSpot account.
| Transformation | Example |
|---|---|
| Proper Case | JANE doe → Jane Doe |
| Uppercase | jane doe → JANE DOE |
| Lowercase | JANE DOE → jane doe |
| Extract Domain | https://www.acme.com/about → acme.com |
| Format Phone (E.164) | (312) 555-0199 → +13125550199 |
| Split First Name | Jane Doe → Jane |
| Split Last Name | Jane Doe → Doe |
When a record reaches this step, CleanMerge runs the transformation and returns the result as Normalized text, which later workflow actions (e.g. "Set property value") can use. If a value can't be transformed (e.g. an unparseable phone number), CleanMerge returns the original value with an error status rather than failing the workflow.
Warehouse Sync pulls rows from your data warehouse into HubSpot Contacts and Companies on a schedule. Every incoming row is checked against your existing HubSpot records with the same fuzzy/AI matching CleanMerge's duplicate-detection engine uses — confident matches update the existing record, ambiguous ones are queued for a quick human approve/reject, and only genuinely new rows create a new record. See Pricing for what's included.
This isn't a self-serve toggle yet: setup means emailing jay@kinetify.com, telling us what warehouse and data you want synced, and we configure the connection and field mapping with you directly.
Removing a connected app in HubSpot (above) also uninstalls it. For general guidance on managing or removing connected apps, see HubSpot's Manage your connected apps article.
